Miss Dela Q

I’m Miss Dela Q, a Certified Strategic Life Coach by day and creator/author of  Ask Miss Dela. I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals achieve their personal goals and find meaningful success in their lives. With a comprehensive background in psychology, including a Master’s Degree from Antioch University, my life coaching and case management skills that specialize in several areas: assisting individuals with various career and relationship issues, helping developmentally disabled adults feel empowered and be fully integrated in their local communities. I’ve spent the last 15 years professionally in the non-profit sector advocating for individuals by focusing on teaching independent living skills, relationship skills, and assisting them in both setting and achieving their various personal life goals. I am able to assess, plan, and evaluate each individual’s needs so that they can live a life of fulfillment and determination.

I love helping those in need and making a positive impact in a person’s life, and I’m passionate about continuing my role in this field. As my professional life continues to progress, I’ve started a new chapter of my life by writing satirical dating stories of single women in America. I began this blog to share my crazy, uncensored, and very true experiences in the dating world and for women to unite as one with these relatable stories. I hope these personal dating accounts and commentaries are entertaining, make you laugh, teach you something new, and so much more. As you read my monthly blog posts, stay tuned for my “Why Am I Single” book coming out in 2017!
